HSBC makes it insanely difficult to get your electronic statements. Here is some help:

• Use Firefox. This lets you click on a link and it opens Preview and you can save the PDF. 
• Don't use Chrome. If you try to use Chrome, you can't save the statements. 
• Don't use Safari. Using Safari has caused my statement access to be blocked entirely.
• To order past statements, you have to fill out a form on paper and mail it in, and then they send you the missing statements to your registered address. Yes. Seriously.
